20+ years of go-to-market in the software industry, with revenue responsibility from 5M to over 1B EUR. At IBM, SAP and Google he ran enterprise sales at scale. As Chief Customer Officer at Aleph Alpha, a European AI lab, he built the commercial engine and sold foundation models and an enterprise AI operating system to companies and the public sector, before the market for it existed. He knows AI from the inside: what it can do, what it can't and how buyers decide.

Over 20 years at SAP in roles that rarely meet in one person: CFO, Chief Data & Analytics Officer, founder and CEO of a new business unit. As CDAO he drove the group's own transformation; with the new unit he brought transformation to customers — and owned the acquisitions of Signavio, LeanIX and WalkMe, including scaling go-to-market from start-up to the 1bn EUR revenue mark. From that, one conviction: buying software is not yet transformation. AI changes everything — if you truly put it to work. That's exactly what he does today.
